WWE SmackDown Legend & NXT Personality Gives Major Update On Future In-Ring

A legendary WWE Hall of Famer has given a major update on his in-ring future.

At 59, Booker T seems to have found the fountain of youth. Booker has competed in the Royal Rumble multiple times over the years and always seems to be in phenomenal shape in the ring. While father time waits for no man, Booker has certainly mastered the art of always being ready.

In addition, he is a regular guest on WWE NXT as a commentator.

That said, the former five-time WCW Champion and former World Heavyweight Champion during his time on SmackDown has provided an update on his in-ring future.

During an appearance on “Insight with Chris Van Vliet,” Booker T was asked if he thinks he has a new match.

“Well, I’m never retiring.”

At this point, Booker would rather save in-ring time for his own promotion, Reality of Wrestling. There is one notable exception, however.

“I’ll definitely get back in the ring at some point and do something, but it’ll be here at Reality of Wrestling or in Saudi Arabia (laughs).”

When asked if he would compete in the Royal Rumble again, Booker called his last appearance a “swan song,” admitting that he is not looking to add more participants to the Rumble match.
