Team USA Basketball: Roster, Schedule and News for the 2024 Paris Olympics

Team USA heads to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris with a roster full of the NBA’s biggest stars and against perhaps the most competitive field ever.

As four-time reigning Olympic champions, Team USA is once again the favorite, but it could face stiff competition from teams like Canada and France.

Among the players for Team USA are LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard. Under coach Steve Kerr, the team will be looking to return to the stands after Team USA finished fourth in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Team USA will gather in Las Vegas for a training camp and an exhibition game on July 10 against Canada, which could crown NBA stars Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jamal Murray. Two preseason games will follow in Abu Dhabi and two more in London.

Once in France, the team will play three Group C matches in Lille on 28 July (Serbia), 31 July (South Sudan) and 3 August (the winner of an Olympic qualifier). The knockout rounds will then move to Paris with the quarter-finals (6 August), semi-finals (8 August) and gold medal match (10 August) at the Accor Arena.
