Bobby Manning: Brad Stevens says the #Celtics will consider their needs at the 15th spot on the roster: “Oshae had a great year, not only when he got his chance on the court, but as a teammate and as a person. In his shoes, there could be a desire to play more. I always want to be respectful of that. We loved having Oshae. As far as how we fill out the rest of the roster, we kept 14 for most of last year, then added two at the end of the year. We’ll see how the next few months play out with people being available. Kristaps is obviously going to have a long rehab process. Then we have to determine what the best need is for our team at that 15th spot?
