The Scotland defender was at the heart of some tunnel brawls when the players returned to the dressing rooms after warming up in 2018 with Farrell in the middle.

Footage of the incident shows all hell breaking loose as Farrell pushed past a number of Scotland players to take on Wilson, who was trying to get inside George Ford’s head.

Wilson later revealed that he had been given a stadium ban from Twickenham following the incident.

“I remember that game, I was injured and after the tunnelgate, after everything that happened in the tunnel against England, I had arranged a corporate gig at Twickenham,” he told Rugby Pass in November.

“I had everything sorted, a bit of money, was all excited, and then I got a message back saying the RFU had banned you from Twickenham Stadium after everything that had happened the year before.
