Today’s rumors:

• During a question-and-answer session on Fightful Select, Sean Ross Sapp said that “people at WWE” are not worried about how the company will fare in the federal investigation into Janel Grant’s lawsuit, but “they expect there will be things discovered about Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis.”
• Sapp also said the talent feels “liberated” from McMahon and Laurinaitis, unlike when Vince resigned amid the board’s investigation into his 2022 hush-money scandal.
• While Ricochet is believed to be on his way to AEW after his WWE contract expires, Fightful reports that his fiancée Samantha Irvin is expected to remain with WWE.

• PW Insider has heard that TNA locker room morale was “really good” during last weekend’s tapings. Saturday’s show was sold out, which the company credits to The Hardys and the WWE NXT crossover.

• TNA’s story with NXT is expected to continue on SlammiversaryPW Insider asked a WWE source about the possibility of Wes Lee reuniting with The Rascalz and was told that “nothing has been ruled out.”
• According to another report from PW Insider, WWE expects NBA stars Tyrese Halliburton and Jalen Brunson to return to shows “when it suits both of them.”

• Donovan Dijak and Matt Camp were both backstage at Forbidden door on Sunday, according to PW Insider.
