Noah Manns Joins SIUE Athletics

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE Director of Athletics Andrew Gavin has announced the appointment of Noah Manns as Assistant Director of Revenue Generation/Annual Fund. Manns began his tenure with the Cougars on Monday, July 1.

Manns joins the SIUE Athletics family after serving as an Inside Sales Representative with the Columbia Fireflies baseball organization, where he was heavily involved in ticket sales and customer relations.

“I am incredibly excited to join the Cougar family and make Edwardsville my home,” said Manns. “This is a wonderful university with so much potential, and I was so inspired by the vision that was laid out during my interview. I look forward to immersing myself in the community and building personal relationships with our passionate fan base. The future of SIUE Athletics is bright and I can’t wait to work with the rest of the team to tell the story of this new era. Go Cougars!”

In his role with the Cougars, Manns will help generate revenue to support the athletics department, primarily through the department’s annual fund.

“We are very excited to welcome Noah to SIUE,” said Associate Director of Athletics for Revenue Generation Jake Sutter. “During the interview process, it became clear that Noah is a genuine individual with a tremendous background in intercollegiate athletics who we believe will be successful in this new role.”

Prior to Mann’s time with the Fireflies, he was a Gamecock Club Development Intern at South Carolina in the athletic department. He was heavily involved in growing and managing their annual fundraising donors and assisting with special events.

Manns graduated from Penn State University in 2023 and also served as a Development Specialist and Marketing & Promotions/Event Management Intern in the Athletics Department from 2021-2023.
