Metalwood Studio adidas Samba PFW release information

Metalwood Studio adidas Samba PFW release information

In just four years, Cole Young has disrupted the golf scene with his rebellious label Metalwood Studio. The brand brings a new energy to the greens and has been embraced by golfers around the world, leading to projects with everyone from Del Toro to FootJoy. The brand’s next chapter is now with Adidas. Joining the Paris Fashion Week festivities, Metalwood Studio presented a collaborative take on the adidas Samba today, capping it off with an event at Arrow and Beast Skateshop with adidas Skateboarding.

A quick preview of the pair highlights the shoe’s brown camouflage base and matching sockliner as its signature design element. Raw suede is applied to the forefoot overlays, while the Three Stripes and blank heel tab feature a black leather finish. Gold “METALWOOD” text appears just above the side stripes, matching the gold tongue branding. The pair is completed with a semi-translucent dark gum sole.

At the time of writing, neither Metalwood Studio nor Adidas have confirmed whether or not their collaborative version of the Samba will hit shelves. Stay tuned for updates as we currently expect the sneaker to release sometime next year via Metalwood Studio, Adidas and select retailers.
