Male basketball players receive recognition for academic work

Three Hamilton College men’s basketball players have been recognized on the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) 2023-24 Honors Court.

The NABC Honors Court is comprised of junior, senior, and graduate basketball students who completed the 2023-2024 academic year with a grade point average of 3.2 or higher.

Owen Kane ’25 (Glenmont, NY/La Salle Institute), Hank Morgan ’25 (Caldwell, NJ/Berkshire School (Mass.)) And Teja Singh ’25 (Seattle, Washington/Seattle Academy) for the first time in the court of honor.

The Continentals also received a 2023-24 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, which recognizes men’s basketball programs that completed the 2023-24 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or better. The Hamilton men have received this award for 11 consecutive years under head coach Adam Stockwell.
