Libyan central banker Sadiq Al-Kabir sees deal soon that will restore oil supplies

Libya’s central banker, who is at the centre of a power struggle between the OPEC nation’s rival governments, said a deal would be reached soon to resolve the dispute and boost the resumption of vital oil production.

Sadiq Al-Kabirthe governor whose attempted ouster by the country’s western government prompted eastern authorities to cut crude oil production said Tuesday there are “strong” indications that political factions are nearing an agreement to break the current impasse.
