At the start of the weekend, Hannah Roberts, Tom Schaar, Kevin Paraza and Patrick Evans claimed gold medals. Roberts took the BMX Park final with the biggest lead of the day and will be hoping to ride the momentum to a gold medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Schaar won his third gold medal at the X Games and his first since 2014. He held off Moto Shibata to take the win.

With the victory, Peraza gave him his fourth career gold medal, closing the gap to Jordan Godwin to just two points.

Keegan Palmer built on his gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and claimed another at the 2024 X Games, holding off Alex Sorgente to take the win.

Marcus Christopher earned the biggest win of the day over Kevin Peraza, while Brady Baker and Miyu Ito took home the remaining wins. Ito’s victory made her the first rookie to win the Women’s Skateboard Street event.

She has won two gold medals, bringing her career total to four, and the 14-year-old is quickly climbing the world skateboarding rankings.

Nyjah Huston’s victory in the Men’s Skateboard Street Final kept his dominance over the sport alive. It was his 13th gold medal at the X Games and his 19th in world competition.
