Devils have five players named USILA Scholar All-Americans

LOUISVILLE, Kent. – The Dickinson men’s lacrosse team added another item to their collection of accolades this week as five senior athletes were named Scholar All-Americans by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. The entire team was also recognized for their work in the classroom by earning the team award with a cumulative GPA of 3.17.

To earn USILA Scholar All-American honors, a student-athlete must be an academic senior and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. He will also conduct himself in a manner that reflects credit on himself, his institution and college lacrosse both on and off the field. In addition, the athlete must also be an All-American, a member of a North/South All-Star team or an outstanding league or conference player. The team award is also awarded to a program with a team GPA of at least 3.0.
