Bills vs. Ravens Sunday Night Football: Live updates, score, highlights, how to watch

Two of the NFL’s premier quarterbacks will go head-to-head on Sunday Night Football in Week 4, and as the season progresses, this AFC clash could have some implications for the playoff race. The Buffalo Bills enter Week 4 fresh off a 47-10 shellacking of the Jacksonville Jaguars, while the Baltimore Ravens rushed for 300 yards and defeated the Dallas Cowboys last week.

Josh Allen’s name has emerged early on as a leading candidate for NFL MVP, and for good reason. Allen has thrown seven touchdown passes – including four against the Jaguars – and has yet to throw an interception. He has completed 75% of his passes this year and he has added two more scores on the ground.

On the other side of the court is 2023 MVP Lamar Jackson, who led the 1-2 Ravens to their first win last week. He and Derrick Henry led a rushing attack that rushed Dallas for 274 yards in a 28-25 win that wasn’t close for most of the game. Jackson is still in MVP form, ranking 10th in the league in passing yards and eighth in the league in rushing yards.

Live21 updates

  • Touchdown, Raven

The Ravens fumbled into the end zone, but Patrick Ricard recovered it for the touchdown. Baltimore’s lead is now 35-10.

  • End of 3: Ravens 28, Bills 10

The Bills just missed a 48-yard field goal to start the fourth quarter as well, so the Ravens will take over around midfield. We’re just about done here.

  • Touchdown, Raven

Lamar Jackson just ran in for a touchdown for Baltimore on the fumble recovery. The Ravens now lead 28-10 in the third.

  • Josh Allen down on fumble

The Bills attempted a flea flick, but it completely backfired and resulted in a fumble for the Ravens. Allen was also hit hard after losing the ball and is now being watched on the sideline.

  • Bills get a huge freeze

The Bills just made a huge stop and will now get the ball back on the second consecutive punt of the night for the Ravens.

If the comeback is going to happen, Josh Allen will have to convert it into points quickly.

  • Josh Allen sets up a Bills TD

I have no idea how Josh Allen pulled this off, but it set up a short Ty Johnson touchdown run on the next play. What a ridiculous order for the Bills.

The Ravens lead is now 21-10.

  • Halftime: Ravens 21, Bills 3

Baltimore will also get the ball out of the break.

    Halftime stats

    Raven: 21

Lamar Jackson: 11 of 13 for 135 yards, 2 TDs

Derrick Henry: 9 carries, 109 rushing yards, 2 total TDs

    Team yards: 281

    Bills: 3

Josh Allen: 9 of 16 for 42 yards

James Cook: 5 carries, 27 rushing yards

    Team yards: 90

  • Bills are stuck again

Even after a stoppage in play (which came after a coaching error by John Harbaugh) gave the Bills a free first down and kept their drive alive, the Ravens got another stop and forced a fourth punt from Buffalo.

The Ravens now get the ball back with 42 seconds left before halftime.

  • Ravens fumble

That’s the first mistake of the night for Baltimore. Lamar Jackson got the ball out and the Bills picked up the fumble in what was a huge break for them before the two-minute warning.

They will now have to convert this into points if they want to have any chance of a comeback in the second half.

  • Bills punt, again

Josh Allen and the Bills don’t have anything working for them today. They’re about to punt again after another Kyle Van Noy sack.

  • Raven 21, Bills 3

Lamar Jackson just hit Justice Hill for a 19-yard touchdown, and the Ravens are suddenly up 21-3 midway through the second quarter.

  • Ravens force a quick punt

The Ravens just forced a three-and-out and will get the ball back. This case could quickly get out of hand.

  • Derrick Henry scores again

Derrick Henry just picked up his second touchdown of the night. He caught a short 5-yard touchdown pass to open the second quarter, and the Ravens suddenly lead 14–3.

That was Henry’s first touchdown catch since 2019.

  • End of 1: Ravens 7, Bills 3

The Ravens threaten to score again. They start the second quarter at the Bills’ 5-yard line.

  • Derrick Henry’s historic run

Derrick Henry’s 87-yard touchdown run was the longest rushing touchdown in Ravens history.

It was also Henry’s third career rushing touchdown of at least 85 yards. Only two other players in NFL history have three or more rushing touchdowns of that length.

  • Ravens 7, Bills 3

Josh Allen got the Bills moving again, but their drive stalled just past midfield. So they’ll have to settle for a 50-yard field goal from Tyler Bass.

The Ravens’ lead is now four.

  • Derrick Henry scores again

Well, that was easy. Derrick Henry just ripped open an 87-yard touchdown run to get things going for the Ravens on their first offensive play of the night.

    Baltimore now leads 7-0.

  • Josh Allen and the Bills reached about midfield and converted on a short fourth down, but the Ravens stalled and forced a punt.

Lamar Jackson now comes out and starts his drive from their own 13.

  • SNF is underway

Justin Tucker has started and Sunday Night Football is underway in Baltimore. Josh Allen and the Bills will help us get here next.

  • Sky star and former LSU standout Angel Reese is in Baltimore tonight for SNF.
