Last week in Braunschweig, Borg tried to qualify for the challenger tournament, but failed in the first qualifying round against Stodder. Before that, Borg played a few ITF tournaments, but did not manage to achieve a single victory. Last year in Bastad, Borg won his first round match against Ymer in straight sets. In the second round, Borg did not stand a chance against Coria and lost in straight sets. Leo achieved his best results at ITF level on the hard courts. This will be the biggest match of his young career, as he will face the best clay court player of all time.
