Anne Macrae overcomes adverse weather conditions to be crowned Golspie Golf Club’s Ladies Champion 2024

Golfer Anne Macrae from Golspie took the win this year by being crowned Golspie Golf Club’s Scratch Winner and Ladies Club Champion for 2024.

Mrs Macrae won the top prize with gross scores of 84, 85 and 95 after three gruelling rounds of stroke play, played in poor weather conditions with sometimes extremely strong winds.

Noelle Mackay came in second.

The handicap winner was Anna Simpson with net scores of 78, 72 and 73 was Anna Simpson. Second was Caroline Logie.
